FiscusDAO is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) intended to create value by digitally transforming the revenue from physical assets via smart contracts to the blockchain.
Creating a financial structure that utilizes both on-chain and off-chain assets is the ultimate goal of FiscusDAO. The idea is to allow the participants in the DAO to partake in a wide range of structured finance-led projects that they wouldn’t otherwise have access to in the open market.
Fiscus North specializes in projects related to raw materials, such as various forms of mining, agriculture/farming, as well as projects centered around commodities and commodity trading. Fiscus North will fund projects that are existing and in need of expansion. New projects will also be considered, as well as the acquisition via special purpose vehicles (SPVs) of commodities and raw materials.
Fiscus South focuses on projects related to finished goods, such as manufacturing, utilities/energy, and construction.
Fiscus East covers a vast mandate, including projects and organizations seeking funding in the services, retail, real estate, communication, financial services, and hospitality industries.
Fiscus West specializes in the financial structuring of projects based in emerging technology, infrastructure, public good, and education.
Fiscus Central has a specific focus centered on funding projects and strategies that are crypto and DeFi based. This focus includes financing stablecoin yield farming, lending pools (for FISC and other tokens), liquidity pools, nodes, mining, metaverse, and the support and furtherance of Fiscus Plus.
